1. About Us

SKY Colour Print Centre LLC ("SKY Colour Print", "we", "us") is a printing services company registered in Dubai, UAE. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes & Orders

All prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise.
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued.
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and an agreed deposit or full payment.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Artwork & Files

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the correct format, resolution (minimum 300 DPI), and colour mode (CMYK).
We perform a basic preflight check but are not liable for errors in artwork supplied by the customer (spelling, layout, colours).
By submitting artwork, you confirm you hold the rights to use all content, images, and trademarks included.

4. Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card.
Overdue invoices may attract a late payment charge of 2% per month.

5. Production & Delivery

Lead times quoted are estimates only and begin after artwork approval and payment.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery is available UAE-wide. Delivery charges will be confirmed in the quote.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

6. Quality & Returns

We guarantee print quality consistent with the approved proof and industry standards.
Claims for defective goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will reprint or refund at our discretion for verified production defects. We do not accept returns for customer artwork errors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SKY Colour Print Centre and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
